Industrial Humidifier
The process of cigarette production is very complicated. From the procurement of tobacco leaves to the finished products of cigarettes, it is necessary to go through many processes such as spinning and wrapping. Every process needs to be kept in good condition to maintain the quality and appearance of tobacco leaf raw materials and finished cigarette products.
The porous colloidal structure of the capillary structure on the surface of the tobacco leaves, which contains soluble sugars, organic acids and the like, causes the cigarette to have a very strong hygroscopicity.
Tobacco itself contains a certain amount of water, which affects the water content due to chemical reactions such as evaporation, absorption and diffusion as the temperature and humidity change.
When the humidity is high: the tobacco leaves will absorb moisture and cause mildew and spoilage. The conduction will lead to accelerated decay and the affected area will be larger.
However, the storage environment of the tobacco leaves should not be too dry. Excessive drying will cause the water loss of the tobacco leaves to break, which will affect the quality of the manufactured cigarettes.
